If there is a need for more support than is offered for our Unmanaged offerings an upgrade to Managed would be needed to get that higher level of support.
To do this log into the Client Area then:
Step One: Click on the “Cloud Control” drop-down and select “Cloud Portal”
Step Two: From the next page click on the Cloud Server, you are wanting to upgrade which will open a new window with management options for the server.
Step Three: On that new page, under the Overview tab and the listing for “Product”, there will be a button for upgrading the Unmanaged server as depicted below
Step Four: This will then create an Invoice that will be due same day, once it is paid the upgrade will be completed.
